1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product you received is not functioning as described or is defective.

2. Conditions for Return

  • Product must be returned in original packaging with all included accessories.
  • Only hardware defects are covered under return or replacement.
  • Damage caused by mishandling or incorrect use is not covered.

3. Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

4. Replacement

If a replacement item is available, you may choose a replacement instead of a refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used ink cartridges
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Accessories not originally included with the product
